Owning a Hummer is not easy if you are quite particular about gas consumption. It is bound to be heavy on the pocket. A big reason for this is its size. Categorized under a large class group, you can just imagine the fuel consumption of this classic vehicle.
All that is about to change by 2010 as GM is set to unveil a smaller and more economical gas consuming vehicle. Originally modeled as the H4, this new brainchild by GM has been renamed HX.
The Hummer HX was conceptualized to address the growing market demand for fuel-conscious people who are shifting towards conventional vehicles. The Hummer hopes its smaller version can still get some attention in the market with the new HX series to keep its market share in check.
